By accessing and using BudgetGuard, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use our service.

Service Description

BudgetGuard provides API spending limit enforcement for LLM services. We monitor your API usage in real-time and enforce hard limits or automatic model downgrades based on your configuration.

User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account
• Use the service in compliance with all applicable laws
• Not attempt to circumvent spending limits or security measures

Pricing and Payment

BudgetGuard is offered at $9/month. Payment is due at the beginning of each billing cycle. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

Service Limitations

While we strive for 100% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for any damages resulting from service interruptions or failures to enforce spending limits.

Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

Limitation of Liability

BudgetGuard is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
